Access statement
- The B&B and cottage are situated approx 20 m. from the car park along a path containing 3 uneven steps.
- All the B&B rooms are on the 1st floor. Due to the age of the property the stairs are fairly steep and narrow as is the connecting corridor.
- The guest lounge is on the ground floor.
- There are internal steps in 2 of the B&B rooms and a low door height in 1 of them.
- There is an extra step in the path to the cottage and 2 small steps up into the cottage itself.
- The bathroom of the cottage is on the ground floor whereas the bedrooms are on the 1st floor.
- The corridors in the cottage are fairly narrow with some right angles and door widths are standard.
- The cottage bathroom has a bath with shower overhead.
- Access to the washing machine and tumble dryer is at the back of the main house, (down 2 steps and up 1) across slates which can be slippery when wet.
- Access to the garden is up a short flight of steps or round via the car park.
- It is hoped to improve the lighting in the car park and depth of step into the cottage this year.
